Our stay was highlighted by delightful encounters with the staff, who shared tips on local eateries, and we found the spa experience rejuvenating after busy days of exploration.

The small shower made for a cramped experience, and the lack of mirrors outside the bathroom was inconvenient. A few design tweaks would greatly enhance functionality.

What a lovely spot! The staff were so friendly, especially those in the café, making the whole experience feel grand. The room was beautifully decorated—a real treat! Just wish the shower was bigger, but sure, it didn’t spoil me stay one bit.

I had an amazing stay with a beautiful modern room that included robes and fluffy towels. The spa was so relaxing after a day of exploring, although the room was smaller than expected from the photos.

It’s astonishing that the bottom sheet wasn’t fitted, which resulted in constant bunching under me, totally unacceptable. having breakfast charged separately seems quite rude. I only thought I was enjoying complimentary juice. I almost gave a good review, but really? A small welcome gift or upgrade would have been nice for a distinguished guest like me.

After a long day in the city, I arrived at a hotel, and the staff welcomed me warmly. I was fighting exhaustion and needing to feel at home. My room was snug, and I could open the windows for a nice breeze. The local dining options were excellent. I enjoyed a fantastic Italian ham and toast at the bar that truly made my evening. Navigating around was easy, just a short walk to the metro.

Some minor inconveniences arose, like the air conditioning not cooling as much as I hoped, but the window offered a relief. I experienced a surprise at checkout regarding the ceiling.

The decor was charming, very clean, good quality linens made our stay feel luxurious. The spa was incredible after a long day, the service was top-notch, staff went out of their way to make our time special.

It wasn’t inexpensive but the experience justified the cost.
